Please note that our cabin rental pricing is subject to change. Prices may vary based on factors such as seasonality, demand, and availability. We recommend booking early to secure the best rates, and we also offer rate guarantees for those who wish to lock in their price.
Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to a $500 booking deposit at the time of your request to reserve the dates.
Reservation Deposits are required at the time of your reservation request to hold your dates. All rental payments and balances are due in full within 45 days of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations to your reservation must be made 45 days prior to your check-in date for a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered for any cancellations made without a minimum of 45 days notice (deposit amounts will not be refunded).
Damage Deposit
Your $500 booking deposit also serves as the damage deposit.
This damage deposit is payable by e- transfer.
Your dates have been reserved once the deposit is received.
The full damage deposit will be returned to tenant/renter within 14 days or earlier (via e-transfer) upon your final check out date once the cleaners have cleaned the home and completed their inspection (indoors and outdoors), and no damages are observed or noted.
Check In & Check Out
Check in is at 4:00 pm.
Check out is at 11:00 am.
Creekside Cabin Rules
There is a maximum of 8 people allowed at or on the property. When requesting to add an additional person (over the 8 person limit) – if approved by owner – there is an additional $50 night/person fee.
Please note that if there are more people on the property without the owner’s consent, you could risk having your stay terminated and your damage deposit may not be returned or remaining un-used dates will not be refunded.
Any guests over and above 8 people require consent from the host in advance (additional fees apply).
NO-SMOKING is permitted inside Creekside Cabin, including all forms of tobacco and cannabis products as well as e-cigarette and vaping products.
No parties, no stagettes or bachelor parties, no events or weddings allowed on site. No fireworks or Roman candles allowed on site.
Must be quiet and no loud music or noise after 11 pm.
Must be a minimum of 29 years old to rent the property.
Pets: We are slowly introducing a 1 dog per reservation rule – please contact owner for more information and applicable fees.
Please remove all garbage from Creekside Cabin and our property when you check out. This includes any debris left outside such as food waste, bottle caps, cigarette butts, etc. Garbage left behind may result in a $50 garbage removal fee.
If the rules are not followed as outlined in the rental agreement or on Airbnb or Vrbo, you risk having your stay terminated immediately without any refunds on any remaining dates or on any outstanding damage deposits. You are responsible for any damages incurred on our property caused by you or your guests.
